My name is Julia and I am a fully qualified hairdresser, NVQ Level 2 and I have trained to do the Brazilian keratin straightening treatment about 5 years ago at Joshua Altback in St Johns Wood .
My speciality is the Brazilian keratin treatment but I also do haircuts and colouring. I have lots of experience with this popular hair straightening procedure, Brazilian hair straightening , Keratin straightening ,Brazilian blow out or permanent blow-dry as some may call it.
I had done hundreds of heads and its always so rewarding to see the transformation of the frizzy, dull , dry ,curly hair to amazingly shiny, smooth , healthy ,straight, beautiful  hair along with a big smile and happiness on my clients face.

About the Brazilian Treatment
The Brazilian straightening treatment usually take about 2 hours to do it and the results will last up to  4 months. Before starting the process I always wash the hair with deep cleansing shampoo, then dry the hair before applying the treatment in small sections. Once the keratin rests on the hair for about 15-20 min allowing hair to absorb as much as needed , I will continue with a straight blow-dry and then I will seal the product  into the hair using a very hot  straightening iron. The results are visible immediately you can enjoy your beautiful healthy hair for few months .No more frizz whatever the weather conditions, no more worries about your styling your hair every day!
I have had this treatment done for past few years and my hair condition only gets better and better, shinier like its never been and only spend 5 min drying  it and it looks like a perfect blow-dry all the time.
